Life is immortal and invincible. It is bliss. The ringing of these bells of bliss crowns twenty-one years of teaching Transcendental Meditation around the world to awaken the consciousness of the individual, to make it rise up and move and be active, and to demonstrate that invincibility lies at the deepest core of everyone's existence. Invincibility has always been the birthright of every nation, but it lay dormant. Now it will blossom on the surface of life.’

That system of administration is coming back, and that is the dawn of light after the long darkness of the night coming back. So the administration in all our world family is getting to be from that most basic level, which is the level of Purusha [infinite silence] containing Prakriti [infinite dynamism] within itself.
